^^Thanks Hristo! I edited the post to reflect the fact that I actually have the RnD stuff as a separate reel now, I just wanted to get something up, since I haven't updated in a long time and I've been really busy at work... and since that's the case I doubt I'll have much time to make any other changes to the reel until the project I'm working on comes out in theaters. :)

Stellar work man! Really awesome and inspirational! Now, the crits :D It's far too long, and you have some of the oldest stuff in, that don't hold up to the later work. And you don't really need the RND section - a couple breakdowns are enough :)

Cheers!

Great pics Ian! The stitching is pretty good too. You ever try Microsoft ICE? It does a pretty good job of autostitching.

Jigu -- the wake is using their "ripple solver" ...which is a lot like flex... no real fluids involved., just edges as springs basically.

Great to see updates, Ian! Some really nice fluid tests with houdini. Can't wait to see your new Reel.
Boat wake test, Is it based on softbody dynamics like (max's flex) or it's calculated based on fluid dynamics in houdini?
