I’m currently an FX Artist at Prime Focus VFX, in Vancouver, BC. As an FX Artist, my responsibilities include:
- FX Setup, Animation, and Rendering
- Compositing FX Passes
- RnD – Research and Develop new FX or better ways to do old ones
- Tools – Scripting new tools to speed up workflow
When I’m not “blowing $#!+ up,” I like to take long walks on the beach… wait… no… ok, maybe sometimes…Â Â I like to spend time with my family, ride my motorcycle through the canyons, or anywhere really, play video games, and occasionally do the DJ thing (yes, with turntables and records!).
